The Spirit of the Lord says do not believe for one minute that I cannot give you your nation back. Since when can a ruler or a people stop Me from reclaiming what is Mine, says the Lord. This nation is mine and for a season there is going to be an outpouring of My Spirit of grace, grace, grace, grace, says the Lord, and I have already begun in Detroit, Michigan for I am pulling out a leader that I shall bring before the people throughout the earth. This nation shall be free from the accursed thing, says the Lord.

Yes, you will. Yes, you will! The country will see it. The country will see it! The media will speak about this because God said that this country will be shaken by it. This event was prophesied by me many, many years ago – over ten years ago. I’m not saying it because I prophesied it. I just want the people to know that my labor there – this is part of it. I feel like people need to know what was prophesied from Detroit – that the whole nation would be affected. From Israel – the whole nation of Israel would be affected – and the earth. I’ve just been there and now we’re seeing The Call and I know they were close together for a reason, because this is God’s plan right now. And yes, it’s going to be a shaking – it’s going to be incredible. He’s going to prove Himself.

In fact, this morning at 5 o’clock, I woke up out of a dream. You know, it was so on my heart and on my mind, I was prophesying in my dream on the platform in Detroit at The Call – prophesying. I was there, prophesying. I was saying, ‘God said that I am going to come and meet you face to face like I met Moses.’ And while I was prophesying this, I started getting angry, because I sensed unbelief. And so, in the prophecy in my dream – this was about 5 o’clock this morning – I woke up out of it, actually prophesying at the event. And the Lord said – He was speaking about face to face, that He was going to come in there and appear to the people.

Now I don’t know if there’s unbelief. What I sensed – it may be among the church leaders – but I think I was taking authority in intercessory prayer in my sleep, against unbelief, because that’s the one thing that God hates. I’m not speaking well right now, but there’s a prophetic thing flowing through me right now. Really, I feel like the burden is so upon me that I was dreaming and prophesying and praying and interceding at the same time. No unbelief, there cannot be unbelief, because what God wants to do that night will begin to happen in the churches in Detroit, from that very next day. In other words, the church will never be the same again. If the leaders can take this word, if they can believe it and they can run with the vision, (because it’s a vision, if they can run with it) – what happens in those 24 hours with the church – I’m talking about the church in Detroit and the church in America – will never be the same again, because God’s going to impart something upon the leaders and it’s going to go out of Detroit and through the churches.

Church should not be repetitious. It must be creative, it must be prophetic, it must be apostolic, it must be on the cutting edge, it must be in the highways and the byways, in the backstreet alleys. That’s where the church is supposed to be. That’s what’s going to be launched on 11-11-11, says the Lord!

I believe at that time, I was picking up about an African-American president. That’s what I was picking up, because you (referring to Apostle Ellis Smith) drew that out of me, and even though people have their own ideas about this present president, I want you to know there’s an African-American president coming again – again. I hate to say this – this is the Spirit of the Lord on me, I have to do it. The Lord said to me when He took me to Memphis, and I was in a big church there (it was an African-American church), when I was in this church, the Lord said this to me. Because I prophesied Obama, that he would be the president, twice. It was very difficult for me – not that he was a black man; in fact, I was overjoyed about it. It was because of his beliefs. But the Lord said this to me; He said, first of all, I’m going to teach America a lesson. They’ll never vote like this again. Secondly, I do not want him to misrepresent his race and his people. I know he’s an American, but he’s an African-American. So God – He said this to me: He will not leave in shame, and if he does, I will raise up another one, a righteous one, who will bring honor to the African-American people in the United States of America, as a president.

This is the beginning of ‘Call’ kind of events in cities. This is going to launch it and people are going to say, ‘Come to our city.’ You’re going to have Macedonian calls. ‘Please come to our city, come to our country.’ I’m talking about The Call. And God says, “It shall come to pass that I shall take harlots and I will take those in the streets that understand nothing about the cruelty of religion and they will become the voice, the voice of the Most High God for a season, and then there will be a great, major move of My Spirit as a result of it. Say not this is strange. Why do you say this is strange? If I could do it then and cause her to be the lineage of Christ, today I can take the lowest of the lowest and raise them up to be the highest of the highest. I can take from zero and make a hero,” says the Lord. “Do you believe that I can do this?” Hear the word of the Lord regarding this. “I shall take those that have been abused, those that have been raped, those that have been tied up, and they shall become a voice,” says the Spirit of the Living God. “Think this not strange, that I would take something so unusual and cause it to be a voice in this day and age,” says the Lord.

“Prepare yourself, for the world will say, ‘We want the Lord God.'” For God said, “There has been a display of religious violence. My church has not been united and there are those,” says the Lord, “that have displayed vain glorious pharisaic ostentation of religious service and religious rhetoric.” God said, “This display of arrogance has caused Ephraim, Ephraim, yes, to be a burnt cake on one side.” For God said, “There are those that have taken religion and they have put it into the hearts of my young people.” God said “I’m going to rip it out of them and I’m going to raise up an anointing and cast it upon this city and even upon the streets of this city I will bring out the voice of the Lord,” says the Lord. Come on!

(Talks about this a generation growing up with a “shrinking pie” – so many people left Detroit. Also talks how his ministry used to be called PIE) We as the Warriors of the New Millennium prophesy that there will be a radical change. Muslims will come in and they will say, “This is our new Mecca.” They will be hated and persecuted, and they will put a cross on this Mecca, and they will say, “The new Mecca has a cross on it.” Don’t tell me that I should be fearful in making this proclamation . . . . People, America needs a change and we’re going to bring about that change in Detroit, Michigan, the City of Light. (Talks about the two wells – Esek and Sitnah)

And then he got to a place where they dug a well and nobody argued and nobody stopped them, and that well, he called the place Rehoboth. And this is what’s going to happen this year in regard to this great move of the Spirit that will take place at Ford Field. I don’t know if that’s chosen yet, but they’d better take that, especially after I prophesied all about Ford. (Editors note: “The Call” event took place on 11/11/11 at Ford Field in Detroit.)

Ellis Smith:

As I was praying for the prophet, the Lord showed me something. He showed me a vertex. A vertex is a coming to the head of two angles. One angle is more advanced than the other. One angle is ahead of the other and the other angle has to catch up. Since 1994, prophet Kim has been that angle that has been ahead of us – that vertex that is literally plowing ahead at the speed of light. So when you first came here, you kept preaching about and prophesying “City of Light, Light, Light, Light.” We weren’t where he was. In the meantime, God has done something that is absolutely incredible. He has put on the heart of apostles and prophets and spiritual leaders around the country and even the world that God’s about to do something in Detroit. Look out for Detroit. Detroit is on the spiritual map like no other city in the world for a variety of reasons. He prophesied that back in 1994; we weren’t ready. He didn’t back up. He’s taken some blows because of it.

Because of that relentless, antagonistic prophetic flow, it has literally opened up an era for us that we’ve never experienced before. Why is that so important? In the War of 1812, Detroit was the only city in America that was taken by the British; no other city was. That struck a blemish to us. Along the years since our founding by a man named Antoine de lamothe Cadillac, there’ve been all kind of corrupt leaders in the city, going back to August Woodward. Augustus Woodward was a shiester, and was literally chased out of town. The main street in our city is called Woodward Avenue. So in order to get all this corrupt spiritual activity out of our city, there had to come a plowing prophet who was willing to take the blows. This is that prophet.

God said to me He’s giving him strength because he’s turning the battle at the gate. The reason why he couldn’t come to the inner city to do this – he had to be – see, all city gates swing both ways. You couldn’t be on the inner city side of the gates to do this. You had to be on the outside of the gate, but visit what goes on in the city. So God gives strength to those who turned this battle right at the gate, so there’s activity, spiritual activity, that deals with homicide, poverty, fatherlessness, children abused, abandoned. Even though he wasn’t always calling it out, he kept affronting the principalities and rulers. Why? Principalities rule and reign over municipalities. Detroit is a municipality. There had to be someone prepared to take the blows.

Back to the vertex. What he didn’t do, you have to understand, he wasn’t just prophesying. He wasn’t just foretelling. Here’s what God said. Since 1994, you have been forthtelling. Foretelling says here’s what’s going to happen. Forthtelling says, “I see what’s going to happen – I’m going to go get it from the future and bring it right here right now. Therefore, “You’re somewhere in the future and . . . “(everyone starts doing the rap). So when you forthtell, you see what God is after, you see what God wants to do and you go there and grab it and bring it back here. On the way back, he’s faced with incredible warfare. Understand the dynamic of this. He’s had to encounter the ruling princes, the ruling authorities in this region. “This city shall be known as a city of unity. I will break down the barriers; I will break down the racial barriers. I will break down the walls that have been built up. I will destroy the demonic power that has raged against this city. I will come before your Thanksgiving and I will tear down the very walls that have built hatred and animosity, and this shall be known as a city of unity, faith, leadership – and power shall come and you shall reach the unreachable and touch the untouchable. I will revive the economy and you shall be known as a City of Light.

This city will have no barriers. “I will not be stopped,” says the Lord. “I will come in like a flood, raise up a standard of righteousness, and unite the hearts of the people and the heart of Detroit will begin to beat again. The revival shall begin – the heart of Detroit will start to beat again. Your children will run and they will prophesy. They will say, ‘Come and let us go into the house of the Lord; come and let us go into the house of the Lord! Come and let us go unto the house of God! Your children will say it!”

Spirits of the ancient, listen again. Powers that have held tight, whispering, “What color are you?” They have managed the minds and emotions of people. Spirits, ancient dark forces that gatekeepers allowed to whisper. “Is there an uprising of the saints of the Most High God?” they say. “Prophets are gathering together; meeting at tables – apostles, teachers. They speak of a gathering of the redeemed. We must stop it! We shall whisper as we have before.” Diablo, to speak, to divide. “Let us whisper as we did with the apostles. ‘Who is the greatest amongst us? Who shall lead?'” But God says, “Ha, ha. I laugh, for they have attempted this throughout history, but could they stop Daniel while he was in exile? No, Daniel became a ruler. There is no exile. One word I shall speak, and the powers of hell shall scatter. And they hear you now and they say, ‘Are these pathetic people able to turn the world upside down?’ Yes, we are!!! And Yes, we will!!”

They call you pathetic, but says the Spirit of God, “I call you holy, sanctified, precious, redeemed.”

The problem with Detroit is this – and I speak now, thankfully, as an authority. After eighteen years, I think I can say it. You see, David tried to carry the Ark of the Covenant on a cart that was built and copied – an exact replica of the cart that had been built by the Philistines and sent over their border to Israel. They had captured the Ark. So they built another cart – it was man made, a system, a formula. They carried it, but the oxen stumbled because the Ark didn’t like being on a system, on a formula, a patent. God had already designed that patent. It was to be carried on the shoulders of those qualified – the priests. God is gathering priests in Detroit to unite together to carry this glorious presence to an elevated place together. It cannot be contained by one church. It cannot be contained by one man, and it cannot be transported by a formulated system called religion. We have what it takes in Michigan; we have what it takes in Detroit. We are not lacking. But we have contained it and said, “Don’t take what is mine.” God says, “I am about to disperse that. I’m preparing the shoulders of leaders to carry this glorious sound to a holy hill, where all the houses will be blessed by it; all the churches will be blessed by it. All the businesses will be blessed by it. The economy will revolve and change, and they will look at Detroit and Michigan and say, ‘How could this possibly have happened?'”

It will spread and they will look at the United States of America and say. “How did this happen that you are salvaged from despair and economic embarrassment?” God said, “I created this nation. Before the pioneers came, before anybody put their feet on this soil, I developed its land. Eons of ages ago, I prepared the soil – the mountains and the valleys, the deserts – from sea to shining sea, and said, “One day, a nation shall arise and this nation shall spread the news of My only begotten Son. They will send His word to the ends of the earth. Do you think that I have changed My mind?”

For those that will not stand and carry, they shall be as the one who tried to stop the Ark from falling. But great shall be the rejoicing when the Ark, or the glory that I speak about, is placed upon the gatekeepers and the watchmen on the wall of this city and of Michigan. God says, “You know what will happen? The exaltings of David shall be multiplied in the city; as David exalted before the throne, before the Ark of the Covenant, and danced for thirty miles until he lost his clothes. And that which came out of the palace and criticized him went barren.” And God says, “When this takes place, those who have ruled the city, at ease in Zion, shall be barren and they shall be fruitless. But those that join the parade and those that stand together shall be fruitful, fruitful, fruitful,” says the Lord.

How many of you are ready to be debt-free? Don’t think it’s impossible because huge things are about to happen, and I’m going to prophesy it from the City of Light. And this big light of ours is going to shine all over the world.

How many of you in this building believe that God’s goodness will lead America to repentance? How many of you believe it? It’s not God’s judgment but it’s God’s goodness, will lead America to their knees. (Singing) God’s goodness will lead America to their knees. God’s goodness will lead America to her knees. (kept singing) I believe it! I believe it! I believe it! I proclaim it! I proclaim it! I proclaim it!

The Spirit of the Lord says, do you want the rocks to cry out? Or do I have a people who will make and proclaim the greatness of My Name? They call you Motown and they say you’ve lost it. But do I hear the sound of the Warriors once again? (shouting) The streets of the kids of Motown are saying, Where is the Lord God of Elijah? The streets and the kids of Motown are saying where is, where is the God of Elijah? Where is, where is the God of Elijah? Where is, where is the God of Elijah? Where is, where is the God of Elijah? Where is, where is the God of Elijah? God says, do you want Me to come? Do you want me to crack open the treasure chest of this nation in the city that they call the poorest city in America. What?!

Has your economy gone down to hell? The Spirit of the Lord says, watch, I will change it. Not have I not only shown you a sign called the Ford Motor Company, but God says, I will show you another sign. And the people shall say it’s impossible. Why would the northeast move to Michigan? And why would the people of the west move to Michigan? And why would the people of the earth look at Michigan? Why would the people of America say Michigan, City of Light, Detroit, City of Light, Detroit, City of Light, City of Light, Detroit, City of Light.

The Spirit of the Lord says, I told you that I would come into this city and it would once again be a city that would be seen throughout the earth. And the people say, why are the people of the west coming to Michigan. Why are the people of the northeast coming to Michigan? Because, God says, they have called you nothing. They have struck you off their list of establishments in this nation. But God says, I write your name and you will climb the ladder. They’ll say, they have climbed Jacob’s ladder. They have gone to the place where the voice of the God of Israel can be heard. Why? Because the Warriors of this city and the Warriors of this state are saying, Where is the God of Elijah? Say it! Where is the God of Elijah? Where is the God of Elijah? Where is the God of Elijah? Now give Him a shout!!!!!

Hear the word of the Lord to the United States of America. Chicago, Chicago, Chicago there’s been a gravitational pull towards you by the spirit of Al-Qaeda Why? Because the wind shall blow in the cities surrounding Chicago. Detroit, Michigan you’ve been the focus of attention. You mobility has become immobile but for the fact that I saved Ford motor company. For what reason? I will once again take Detroit, Michigan and it will launch into the entertainment industry. A new energy, a new source of fuel that shall fuel actors will become celebrities. This very soil of Michigan shall become a new Hollywood, a new New York. I’ve immobilized only for the purpose of mobilizing again that you may be the focus of attention of the whole earth. As I not only raise up and move to New York the motor industry, but I’ll move New York to Detroit and I’ll move Hollywood to Detroit and become the focus of attention.

There is a spirit of unity that is coming upon the households of faith. The enemies of the cross are being exposed. Citizens of the kingdom are coming forth. The unity shall bring forth a fragrance and an aroma before the Lord your God and I shall invite myself to your house and I will make myself at home at your house. I will make myself at home at your house. Let the Spirit of the Lord continue revealing His secrets for not only is it being heard within the four walls of this building, but there is an audience watching by internet that are jumping out of their seats in their homes saying we want this, we want this. We’ve heard of the economic crisis. We’re sick of hearing from the legislators. We’re sick of hearing from the politicians from the synagogues of satan. We’re sick and tired of the news media dictating when we’ll be free. Let us hear the voice of the prophets throughout the land. Let us hear the voice of the apostles throughout the land. For God says as you release them to run, not to walk but to run. I will speeden up your prosperity and I will bring this nation to the greatest revival it’s ever had for the miraculous intervention of God is upon you.

There’s an energy that’s coming to this nation. There’s an energy that’s coming to this nation. The same energy that’s being felt in this building, God said is a fuel that is being sent to this nation. You’ve waited long enough. The key has been given to unlock your source of energy says the Spirit of the Living God. So it shall be says the Lord!

You know what the city of light means? That the fuel source or your energy source is going to benefit this city and the auto industry. And God says you may have one bailout but no more after that because you will be bringing a source of finance to the United States of America because of this great breakthrough.

Do you think that I would send the prophet to your city, to your soil, and not speak to your economy? The Spirit of the Lord said, so great will be the change with the energy crisis – for the motor industry, that people will say “we gave up on it.” But God said, I told you before those that give up cannot see, but this day I say these words to you: prepare yourself, for this that is going to happen shall come because of a global interruption. Do not look at your present, your current crisis and say “I am afraid that my family will not eat” for I have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor their seed begging for bread.

What happened to the great words of David? What happened to the great words of Solomon? For God said, you will always have something; take no thought for your tomorrow when it comes to clothing and food, for if you serve Me and follow Me I will take care of it.

But there will be a global event that will take place, that cause the motor industry to change so rapidly, and people will say “we thought it was coming to nothing” but look now, and suddenly the economy of Detroit, Michigan shall change. It happened before and it shall happen again, for in the month of October one of the great months that I give great favor, I shall grant unto you access to the “goings on.” For this global interruption shall cause men to go to the board and say “why didn’t we see it? it was already written there in the 50’s, the 40’s and the 50’s. It was already somewhere in the thinking of mankind, of science.”

God said, do not fear for the Middle East shall no longer bring slavery to the men and the women of this Nation in their subtle encounters. For God said, this day I say to you: Even as you have housed the Islamic community, so God said, the prosperity that they have enjoyed shall now also be on the other side of the coin. For God said, there will be great, great salvations, great, great deliverances, but the Lord says the communities shall be shaken for they shall want God more than they have ever wanted Him. And God said, I will show Myself strong.

But the economy of Michigan, the City of Light will not remain as it is. It shall change to such a degree that within an 18-20 month period, houses that once sold for a minimal amount shall suddenly sell – and it shall be like 200%. You shall say as many leaders shall say “ha” – they shall say “how could this possibly be, and this prophet speaks as an insane man.” But the Spirit of God said, do not say as the guardian said, when Elisha said tomorrow about this time there will be an economic change, and he said “God even if He opened up the heavens would not do this.” And Elisha said, “you will see it, but you will not touch it.” For tonight if you would see it, you will take a hold of it. You will have a change so great that they will say, “God did in the time that He said He would.” I am proud of you. I will not allow your economy to go any further now. Watch for this global interruption and then take this as a sign. For as I shake the ground of Michigan and terror comes, says to yourselves “God is the one doing the shaking” for I will raise you up to be a voice again, says the Lord, in the economy, and in the politics of this Nation, says the Lord.

City of Light, City of Light, City of Light, City of Light –
A Governor who is terrorized shall be removed. This will be a sign, says the Lord. Take this as a warning from the Lord God. They have laughed at the Church, they have laughed at the organization that they have called the church – they laughed, and so have I, says the Lord. For this reminds Me of the synagogues of Satan that have interrupted My liberty and My Spirit to move. There are three of them in this city that will no longer transcribe the doctrine of demons. For God said there is a doctrine of demons that has made you a laughing stock. God said, in the presence of His people, let the prophet once again speak, that I will use Michigan to deal with the synagogues of Satan. They have transcribed the doctrines of demons. You say, who? God said, go to the zoo and you will see it. For God said they are acting as if they know much removing godliness and purity. These churches say, “The Spirit has done all that He can do.” But little do they know – as remotely as I raised up the little child, Jesus, in a stable, so I will take 17 churches to 23 churches in the Michigan area that are nothing and raise them up, and they will strike down the doctrines of demons by My grace giving them miracles and miracles and miracles and miracles and miracles and miracles, says the Spirit of God!

The Spirit of God says I will not forget My promises. I will not forget the words that I have brought to this city. And men and women have raised themselves in the power of superstition and have ruled this city. But God says there is a major force, an idol that is coming down in the City of Light. And God says, I am going to take the power of superstition, a belief system that has no basis, and God says, I will destroy it. And once again I’ll go to the back streets and the highways and to your sports arenas, and from the City of Light I will take a hidden treasure and use it for My glory.

When Samuel came into the presence of Eli there was no open heaven, there was no fresh revelation. And God said the enemy has come again to close the heavens so the prophetic voice would be sold, sold by the shepherds. But God said, my shepherds will not sell the voice of the Prophet. As the brothers in Israel sold the voice of Joseph, Egypt took the voice and the economy of Egypt benefited and was saved. And God said for too long, because of the sale of the prophetic, my church has been poverty-stricken. This is the year of multiplication. This is the year of multiplication! And I will not allow the wealth to remain in the hands of Egypt and the ungodly and the unrighteous.

The heavens are opening up over this region again. Let it rain! Let it rain! Let it pour! There will be showers, showers, showers, showers, showers, showers, showers, showers!!! This will come to pass says the Spirit of the Lord. It shall come to pass, and once again a native of Michigan shall stand in the White House. Once again a native of Michigan will stand in the office of the White House. They shall say, could it happen again? From nothing, to Vice, to President. For the Spirit of God says, there will be a re-enactment of history. There shall be an impeachment again, but the Spirit of God says we speak not of now. I do not measure this, but because of you Warriors and because of those who have prayed and stood with the prophetic, I will raise from this state a man who shall know God who shall politically run and succeed. And God said, you will offer to Me for the political arena, you will offer for me in the sports arena, you will offer to me from Michigan, even to the music again.

For God said there will be a re-visitation of the 50s and the 60s and the 70s, says the Spirit of God. And God said, Motown will be revived. Motown will be revived because God said technology is rapidly unfolding the way your vehicle motor industry shall be on the cutting edge again. They’ve already said we must put down, we must lay aside, we must get rid of. Suddenly it will change. And God said they will say, oh, it’s because of science. They will say it’s because of scientific breakthrough, a new source of energy. No, it is not only because of that. But God said, I will give the spirit of discovery, creation and inventiveness into the motor industry – not in Japan, not in any other place – not in Germany, not in Switzerland, but in Detroit, Michigan .says the Lord.

And they would mock the discoverers, they would mock the inventors? Who is Ford? Huh! Let me tell you, God says. Ford will be revived! It shall be revived in a way that shall shock the motor industry and they shall say, where did this all come from? Where did this all come from? And God said, I will remember when My Warriors gathered around the prophetic voice and shouted the praises.

God said, listen, Pacific West. Look carefully, look and you shall find the place to put money into. God said, I will show you the tree again and you shall invest for it is my desire that I multiply your finances and get rid of your debt in the next two years says the Spirit of the Living God.

Offer up to Me, says the Spirit. Give Me the politicians, give Me the sportsmen, give Me technology. Let me take the industry and revive it, for God said it is enough that they mock us. But the Spirit of God said rejoice for this nation is going into a summer again where there will be joy, joy and more joy. Raise your hands up, Warriors of God, and begin to praise Him! Worry not. We have those who do not understand It is time to rejoice, it is time to receive the double portion that is rightfully yours! Come on! Come on! So many times people don’t understand what we’re doing. The prophetic you understand is to give you a message or preach from a pulpit, it is to bring the voice of God to the people. It’s to bring the voice of the Lord to the nation. For those who have come to observe, you may be seated. For those who have come to participate and say, God, I want to hear something for my life. But God said the future of this nation has been tested, has been tried, and I’ve said, enough. This will be the year of multiplication. And they shall say, it is a record-breaking economy. They will say, what about that which happened in the 20s? I said it shall be a shock and they shall say, oh we thought it would plummet, but suddenly it arose. Why? I have given you a secret tonight says the Spirit of God. Allow Me to bless you. Allow Me to grace you. Allow Me to gift you with My words and My life. A veil has been torn, and if a veil has been torn, the veil of limits, the veil of darkness has been torn. And once again, the prophets will prophesy to the dead bones that remain, but most of the bones have been raised from the dead. The army has risen, this nation is victorious says the Lord!!!
